Our head attorney, Kaye Willi, is an experienced tax lawyer and certified public accountant (CPA) with a diverse background in tax law. Prior to starting her own firm in 1996, she was an assistant attorney general for Ohio and a senior tax consultant for an international accounting company.

In 1996, Kaye opened her law practice. With a passion for tax advocacy and tax dispute resolution, she strives to stay up to date with IRS regulations and procedures, offering her clients the most cutting-edge procedures and techniques available.

Kaye Willi works closely with her trusted tax professionals, Julie Murawski and Mark Willi. Julie and Mark are both Enrolled Agents, licensed by the IRS to represent taxpayers. Julie graduated from The Ohio State University with a degree in criminology and is an experienced, certified paralegal. Prior to joining the team at Willi Law Office, LLC, Julie worked for many years as a probate paralegal for another Central Ohio law firm.
