Kaye is a graduate of Duke Law School, where she served on the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal. She is also a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of Miami University, cum laude, and earned her master's degree in economics at The Ohio State University.
Before opening her law practice, Kaye was an Assistant Attorney General for the State of Ohio. Prior to moving to Columbus, she was a senior tax consultant in the Washington, D.C. office of Deloitte and Touche, an international consulting firm.
